What are your lease terms?
We offer 12 month leases and generally can not accommodate shorter term leases.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we are pet friendly, but restrictions apply.
What are the restrictions on pets?
We limit the number of cats and dogs to two per unit. All dogs must meet with staff prior to being permitted to live on premises. We also have weight restrictions for dogs on second floor.
What are the pet fees?
Cats are one time non refundable $250 fee and an additional $25 per month per cat. Dogs are one time non refundable $500 fee and an additional $50 per month.
What internet providers are available?
Xfinity by Comcast is the internet provider in the area.
Is there Air Conditioning in the units?
Yes we provide through the wall AC units in both the living rooms only. You would need to supply your own window unit for the bedroom.
Do the units have dishwashers?
Yes, all units have a dishwasher as well as a gas range/oven, refrigerator, and select updated units have microwaves.
How are repairs handled?
Basic work orders are done during the week 8:30am to 4pm and are usually done within 3 business days. Other larger maintenance items or items that require a contractor may have longer waiting times.
What if I lock myself out?
We have 24-hour emergency service if you lock yourself out.
How is snow removal handled?
Onsite staff takes care of clearing the walkways and porches and we have an outside contractor to plow the lots.

Is there in unit laundry?
Many of our 750sf one bedrooms and two-bedroom units offer in unit laundry with a full size washer and dryer. There is also an onsite laundry facility for those who do not have in unit laundry.
What amenities do you have?
We have an onsite pavilions with gas grill and patio area with fire pit for resident use.
