Do you allow dogs?
We are a cat only community.
What does my credit have to be?
Our score will evaluate the credit and score it on certain criteria, we are looking for in the credit such as: DTI, good accounts vs bad accounts, any delinquencies, how old or far back they go, etc.
Do you accept TRA?
Yes, we accept all voucher programs. We are fair market, so all our applicants must undergo the same process. Everyone needs to income qualify and submit to a credit and criminal background check.
How long are your lease terms?
12 months.
Does rent go up every year?
Yes. It averages between 5% - 6%.
How far are you from the medical campus?
Approx. 1 mile.
Do you offer any discounts for seniors, first responders or veterans?
Unfortunately, we do not at this time.
What if I need to break the lease?
You will be held to the terms of the lease until we can get the unit re-rented. We try our best to rent it as quickly as possible, however, we cannot guarantee a specific timeline.
How much is the application fee?
$50 per person over the age of 18 whom will be residing in the apartments.
What is the security deposit?
Depends on credit. With good credit – 1 full month, with conditional credit 1.5 months.
Do you have a pool?
We are a very small complex and do not have a pool. However, we conveniently located less than a mile from the Stratford swim club.
Do you have a gym?
We are very small community and do not have gym. However, there are a multiple gyms within 2 miles of Brookview so finding one to fit your lifestyle is more convenient than you may think.
How far are you from Philly?
No far at all. Less than half an hour. In fact we are still considered Eagles County – Go Birds!
