Do you have summer rentals?
No, but you will see that you will want to stay here all year after being here a few short weeks.
Do you have short-term rentals?
No, 12-month leases only.
Do all the apartments have w/d’s?
We have Washers and Dryers in Select units and we have a dedicated laundry facility which is a great way to meet your neighbors!
Is there an amenity fee for pool or clubhouse?
No fee for either of them, go enjoy.
Do you take dogs?
No, we don't .
Do you have no smoking apartments or buildings?
Yes, we have selected units that are smoke free.
How many parking spots do I get?
One spot per apartment .
Where do all my friends park?
There is street parking on any street and you can park in a visitor spot if available.
I drive a commercial truck for work (company name on side) where do I park?
Not in the community but street parking is available .
What is lease length/term?
12 months.
What if I want 2 year lease?
Only 1 year.
