Is onsite parking available or is it street parking?
Each apartment comes with one assigned parking spot.
Is there additional parking for second cars or visitors?
We have an additional 70 parking spots available on a first come, first served basis at no additional cost.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Except for water, utilities are not included.
What appliances come with the apartment?
Electric stove, dishwasher, hood and microwave.
What about heating?
Heating is electric and control by three thermostats (living area, bedroom and bathroom).
What are the fees to rent one of your apartment?
The application fee is $50 per person (credit check).
Any other fees?
We recommend a hold deposit of $250, that will be posted towards your rent security deposit.
What is the required rent security deposit?
Depending on your credit check it is a month’s or one month’s and a half rent.
How can I pay my rent?
Once approved you can create a tenant account and pay online (recommended) or by mailing a check.
What about maintenance and repairs?
We have a Super and a maintenance staff residing onsite.
Do you make appointments for repairs?
No, we do not, but we prioritize and address all repair requests in a timely fashion.
Does your property allow pets?
We are strictly cat friendly.
