Rent includes heat, hot water, cooking gas, parking, recycling, and gym. You would be responsible for electric, phone/cable/internet.

What are your lease terms?
We generally offer 12 month leases with certain exceptions when running specials. We also sometimes we can accommodate shorter term leases on select units, but there is a surcharge for short term leases.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we are pet friendly, but restrictions apply.
What are the restrictions on pets?
We limit the number of cats and dogs to two per unit. All dogs must meet with staff prior to being permitted to live on premises. We also have weight restrictions for dogs on second floor.
What are the pet fees?
Cats are one time non refundable $250 fee and an additional $25 per month per cat. Dogs are one time non refundable $500 fee and an additional $50 per month.
What internet providers are available?
You can choose between Verizon Fios and Altice Optimum.
Is there Air Conditioning in the units?
Yes, we provide through the wall AC units in both the living rooms and all bedrooms.
Do the units have dishwashers?
Yes all units have a dishwasher as well as a gas range/oven, refrigerator, and select updated units have microwaves.
How are repairs handled?
Basic work orders are done during the week 8:30am to 4pm and are usually done within 3 business days. Other larger maintenance items or items that require a contractor may have longer wait times.
What if I lock myself out?
We have 24 hour emergency service if you lock yourself out after hours. Fees apply.
How is snow removal handled?
Onsite staff takes care of clearing the walkways and porches and we have an outside contractor to plow the lots.
Are there fees to apply?
Yes, there is a $50 per applicant fee, including lease holders, occupants and guarantors. All people 18 and older living on the property must apply.
Is there a credit check?
Yes all lease signers must complete an income and credit check as well as a background check.
Is there in unit laundry?
Select units have in unit laundry, however the majority of our units do not have it. We do offer a wonderful laundry room in the Clubhouse as well as two satellite laundry facilities on site.
What amenities do you have?
We have an onsite Clubhouse which houses the leasing office, community room, game room, main laundry and gym. There is also a wonderful patio area with fire pit and two pavilions with gas grills for resident use.
