Yes however, we only have 3 units with washer and dryer. They don’t become available very often.

Your credit needs to be in good standing. However, applications are not approved nor denied at this level. I cannot provide you with a specific score number at this time.

Each apartment has it’s own price based on a number of factors i.e. Is the kitchen upgraded Is the bathroom upgraded.

Some apartments come with a window unit. However, If the unit does not have an window ac unit we can provide one for an additional $10.00 per month per ac or you can bring your own for no additional fees.

In most cases between 24 to 48 hrs. depending when application is dropped off.
