What is a studio apartment? Is it a one-bedroom?
A studio is not a one-bedroom apartment. A studio is one open living/sleeping area, with a separate bathroom and kitchen area. There is no separate bedroom.
How much is a studio? How much is a one-bedroom?
Studio apartments are generally $1,490–$1,530 per month. One-bedroom apartments are priced differently, depending on availability. I can provide the current price when a one-bedroom becomes available.
What utilities are included?
Almost everything is included. Heat, water, and trash are included. The resident is responsible for electricity and cooking gas.
Do you have parking?
Yes, parking is available, but there is currently a waiting list. When a parking space becomes available, the monthly charge is $75.
Do you have a laundry room?
Yes. There is a laundry room in the basement for residents
What are the income requirements to qualify?
Applicants generally need to have a monthly income of approximately 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent.
What credit score do you require?
We do not make our decision based solely on a specific credit score. We take several factors into consideration when reviewing an application, including income, rental history, credit history, and the overall application.
Do you have a minimum credit score as a number?
If someone asks for a specific number, you can say that there is not a single credit-score number that automatically determines approval. Each application is reviewed based on several factors.
