All utilities are included with our rent. Heat, hot water, electric, cooking gas. Only cable and internet is not and would be the only other bill aside from rent that residents are responsible for.

Is maintenance an extra fee?
No, both myself and the super live in the building and we are here to assist with any emergencies and maintenance repairs.
Are there any amenities?
Yes, we have a fitness room membership that is open 24/7. Our community room available for a monthly fee and to rent out for private events. Our laundry room is available 24/7zWe offer use of the Amazon lockers.
Do you offer short term leases?
No, we only offer 12 month leases but after your first year you can break the lease with a 2 month notice and there will be a half of month breakage fee.
Are pets allowed?
Only cats are allowed with a monthly rent pet fee of $25 and a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.
How much does the rent go up?
We are rent controlled by the city of Elizabeth. Currently it can only go up 3% every year.
Is parking an extra fee?
No, one assigned parking spot is included with the rent.
Is there transportation to NYC close by?
Yes, there’s a bus that will take you to NYC that stops at the corner of Chilton St. and the train is a short 10 minute walk away.
What’s are the application fees and security deposit?
The application fee is $50 per adult. There is a $250 holding fee that will be applied to the security deposit. The security deposit can be 1 month or 1.5 months.
Is renters insurance required?
No, but doesn’t hurt to have it just in case and helps save on your auto.
