Is there a fee for parking?
No, there are no additional fees for parking. One assigned garage parking space is included in the rent.
Are there in-unit washers and dryers?
Yes! Each unit has an in-unit washer and dryer.
Are the appliances gas or electric?
Both the range and dryer are gas.
Are you pet friendly?
We are a small dog (up to 35lbs) and cat friendly community.
How is maintenance handled?
Our community offers onsite maintenance and 24/7 emergency maintenance; standard work orders can be placed online using our resident portal.
How can I pay rent?
You can pay rent online through our designated resident portal, you can also pay by check through the mail.
How much is the security deposit?
Your security deposit would be either one (1) month, or one and a half (1.5) months of rent depending on your credit and income check.
How much does it cost to apply?
There is a nonrefundable $50 application fee per adult (age 18 or older) and a single $250 fee to hold the apartment. The $250 will be refunded to you by check if your application is denied, once approved, it is applied toward your security deposit.
Do you accept a cosigner or a guarantor?
We do have the option of having a guarantor; however, the guarantor must make at least five (5) times the monthly rent to qualify.
