The property plows the streets, plows your driveway and salts and shovels your walkway. You would be responsible for digging out your car. There is no charge, it is included in your rent.
Who is responsible for landscaping? Is there a charge?
Landscaping is also included with the rent.
Can I sign a lease for 2 years?
No, our company does not offer 2-year leases.
Can I put up a fence?
Unfortunately, fencing is not permitted and is in place to ensure proper access for landscaping and maintenance.
How does rent get paid?
Rent can be paid via website or by mailing a check to the main office. We cannot accept rent at the Rental Office.
