No assign parking. We allow up to 2 parking spots per lease signers.

We are conveniently located less than a mile to the local grocery store and just 5 miles to one of the most visited shopping centers in NJ.

NJ transit bus route located just outside the complex, close to all major highways I-95, 295 and NJ turnpike, NJ Riverline to Camden or Trenton.
Can I walk to places?
We're conveniently located next to the town library and within walking distance of downtown Bordentown City, where you'll find charming boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, and local businesses to explore.
What do I need to apply?
Application fee $50 per lease signer, $250 processing fee. Completed application, valid photo ID, proof of income. Income requirements are 3 times the monthly rent. Credit scores are looked at individually.
