What are Utilities are included?
We pay Heat, Water, sewer and trash. You pay for electric and cable/Wi-Fi.
Do you accept Pets?
We are a cat friendly community.
Do you have washers and dryers?
Laundry units are conveniently located in 5 of our buildings. Selective units have washer/dryers in unit but very limited.
Where do I Park?
No assign parking. We allow up to 2 parking spots per lease signers.
What Amenities?
24-hour Community Center. A fitness center and laundry facility are located in the building. Gas grills and fire pit sitting area to enjoy on cooler days/nights. No additional amenity fees.
How far are you from the supermarket?
We are conveniently located 1.9 miles to the local grocery store. Just 5 miles to one of the most visited shopping centers in NJ.
What is it like for commuting?
NJ transit bus route located just outside the complex, close to all major highways I-95, 295 and NJ turnpike, NJ Riverine to Camden or Trenton .
Can I walk to places?
Not really walkable but some residents do walk to local stores around the area.
What do I need to apply?
Application fee $50 per lease signer, $250 processing fee. Completed application, valid photo ID, proof of income. Income requirements are 3 times the monthly rent. Credit scores are looked at individually.

How do I handle Maintenance Requests/Emergency?
24 hr. emergency maintenance.
What is mail delivery like and how do I get my packages?
Mail is delivered to one central location on the property; packages are delivered to your doorstep.
How many people can I have living in my Apartment?
1 bedroom max 3 and 2 bedrooms max 5.
